Cleaning Services Shaped Around Your Property

Choose the service that most closely matches your needs. The descriptions below are a starting point; the final
task list, timing, price and exclusions will be set out in the quotation. If you are unsure which option fits, send us
the details and we will help you identify the right scope.

Scope Note For Customers

What is included can vary according to property size, condition, access, surface type, service frequency and the
time available. Please do not assume that every listed task is included until it appears in your quotation.

It’s Not About Services, It’s About ‘YOU’!

Regular Domestic Cleaning

Practical, recurring support for your home
Regular domestic cleaning is designed for households that want help maintaining key rooms and everyday
surfaces on a weekly, fortnightly or other agreed schedule. We agree the priority rooms and tasks at the outset,
then review them if your routine changes.
Typical tasks may include

  • Dusting accessible surfaces and selected furniture.
  • Vacuuming and mopping suitable floors.
  • Cleaning kitchen worktops, sink and external appliance surfaces.
  • Cleaning bathroom fixtures, mirrors and accessible surfaces.
  • Emptying household waste bins where agreed.
  • General tidying limited to the agreed scope.

Useful To Tell Us
Share the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, approximate size, pets, parking or access arrangements,
preferred frequency, priority rooms and any surfaces or products requiring special care.

One-Off & Deep Cleaning

Extra time and attention where it is needed
A deep clean is intended for areas that need more detailed attention than a routine visit. It may suit a seasonal
reset, preparation for an event, cleaning after a period of reduced maintenance or a focused refresh of selected
rooms.
The agreed plan may include

  • Detailed cleaning of reachable fixtures, fittings, edges and selected surfaces.
  • Additional attention to kitchen and bathroom build-up.
  • Internal cleaning of selected cupboards or appliances when specifically quoted.
  • Vacuuming and mopping of suitable floors, including accessible edges.
  • Focused work on priority rooms identified before the visit.

Heavy contamination, pest waste, bodily fluids, mould remediation, high-level work, hazardous materials and
other specialist risks are not included unless Apex has confirmed appropriate competence, controls and
insurance in writing.

End-Of-Tenancy Cleaning

A structured clean for moving day
End-of-tenancy cleaning helps tenants, landlords and letting agents prepare a property for handover. Because
inventories and property conditions differ, we quote against the property details and an agreed checklist rather
than promising a universal result.
The quotation may cover

  • Cleaning of accessible surfaces, skirting areas and suitable flooring.
  • Kitchen worktops, sink, external units and agreed appliance cleaning.
  • Bathroom fixtures, mirrors and tiled areas within the agreed scope.
  • Internal cupboards, oven, fridge or carpet cleaning only when separately listed.
  • A final review against the Apex task list, not a guarantee of deposit return.

Important Wording

Do not advertise a guaranteed deposit return. A landlord or agent may assess matters beyond cleaning, and Apex
cannot control that decision.

Office Cleaning

A cleaner workplace, built around your routine
Office cleaning can be arranged around working hours, access controls and the needs of staff and visitors. We
develop the cleaning specification with the customer so there is a clear understanding of areas, frequency and
responsibilities.
Typical areas may include

  • Reception areas, meeting rooms and shared workspaces.
  • Kitchen or refreshment points and agreed external appliance surfaces.
  • Washrooms and replenishment of customer-supplied consumables where agreed.
  • Vacuuming and mopping suitable floors.
  • Waste and recycling points in line with the site arrangement.
  • High-touch points where included in the specification.

The customer should provide relevant site rules, access arrangements, alarm procedures, lone-working
information and any health and safety requirements before service starts.

Commercial Cleaning

Cleaning specifications for business and shared premises
Commercial cleaning is suitable for premises that require a defined cleaning plan, named areas and an agreed
frequency. This may include small business premises, selected retail or customer-facing areas, and communal
spaces where Apex confirms the work is within scope.
A commercial quotation can record

  • Areas and tasks to be completed.
  • Frequency, service window and access process.
  • Customer and provider responsibilities for products, equipment and consumables.
  • Site induction, security and incident-reporting requirements.
  • Review arrangements and a contact for service feedback.

Clinical, food-production, hazardous, specialist decontamination or regulated cleaning must not be implied
unless Apex has formally confirmed the required competence, procedures and insurance.

Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

Careful cleaning for suitable carpets and fabrics
Carpet and upholstery cleaning is offered only for materials and conditions Apex has assessed as suitable.
Customers should identify known stains, prior treatments, damage, delicate fabrics and manufacturer care
instructions before work begins.
Before quoting, we may need

  • Photographs or an in-person assessment.
  • Approximate dimensions and the number of items.
  • Fabric or fibre information where known.
  • Details of stains, odours, damage or previous cleaning attempts.
  • Access to power, water, ventilation and drying conditions where relevant.

Stain removal, odour removal, drying time and restoration cannot be guaranteed. Any treatment limitations
should be explained before the customer confirms the service.
